Basin Climbing and Fitness Terms and Conditions 

 

Pricing, Billing, and Fees 

• All memberships are subject to an initiation fee. Any membership that has been terminated is subject to an initiation fee upon re-enrollment. 

• Any membership purchased during a special pricing period is entitled to that purchased price as long as the membership is active or frozen. Access to any special pricing or discounts will be automatically revoked upon termination of the associated membership. 

• Weekly membership dues are automatically billed bi-weekly to the card on account. You may request to pay weekly by submitting a Membership Change Request Form. 

• Annual memberships will be automatically renewed each year on the date of purchase, billed to the card on account. 

• You will receive notice of any failed payments via the email address on account. If your payment is declined, please log into your member account to update your payment information or contact us at info@basinclimbing.com. A membership with an unpaid balance will be suspended until the past-due balance is paid. A membership with a past-due balance for over 30 days will be terminated.  

 

Membership Benefits and Policies 

• Enrollment in a weekly, annual, or Founders Team membership grants access to all climbing and training areas of Basin in addition to perks such as member-only events, discounts, special access hours, and more. See our Memberships and Passes page for more details on these benefits. 

• Members Only Hours takes place Monday-Friday from 5am to the time Basin opens to the public. In order to gain access, you must hold an active membership in good standing and have completed an orientation. 

• In order to freeze, change, or terminate a membership, the primary member on account must complete and submit a Membership Change Request Form. Membership Change Requests take seven days to process. Please submit your change request at least seven days in advance of the billing period during which you would like the change to take place. The primary member will be fully responsible for any payments due before the change request has been processed. 

• All climbers under the age of 14 must be actively accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 at all times. Any individual under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian signature on their waiver. 

• For a Family Membership, climbers under the age of 18 qualify for youth pricing. Climbers with a youth membership will automatically be upgraded to an adult membership on their 18th birthday. 

• Basin reserves the right to make changes to its rules, policies, hours, pricing, membership structure, and offerings at any time as it deems necessary. It is the responsibility of the member to make sure accurate and updated contact information is on file so they can be alerted to such changes. 

• Basin reserves the right to restrict or close the facility to general use for special events, private parties, maintenance, or any other activity it may deem desirable. No refund will be issued in the event of a closure. 

• Basin is committed to protecting confidential information. We will only use your personal information to set up and administer your member account and dues and to provide services you request from us.
