Welcome to Basin Climbing and Fitness. By accessing our facility, using our services, or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on our website.

2. Facility Use and Safety

All participants must:

  • Complete and sign a waiver before using our facilities
  • Follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions
  • Use equipment properly and as intended
  • Climb and exercise at their own risk
  • Supervise any minors in their care at all times

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone from the facility for unsafe behavior, violation of rules, or disruptive conduct.

3. Memberships and Passes

Memberships:

  • Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only
  • Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Cancellation requires 14 notice
  • No refunds for partial months or unused visits
  • Membership fees are subject to change with notice

Day Passes:

  • Valid for single-day use only
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Must be used within validity period

4. Programs and Classes

Registration for youth programs, fitness classes, and events:

  • Requires advance booking and payment
  • Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for a refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
  • Participants must meet age and skill requirements

5. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

Climbing and fitness activities involve inherent risks including serious injury or death. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to:

  • Assume all risks associated with participation
  • Release Basin Climbing and Fitness from liability for injuries or damages
  • Indemnify and hold harmless our facility, staff, and affiliates

All participants must sign our liability waiver before using the facility.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all members and visitors to:

  • Treat staff and other participants with respect
  • Maintain appropriate language and behavior
  • Respect facility property and equipment
  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
  • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment

7. Personal Property

Basin Climbing and Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please secure your belongings and do not leave valuables unattended.

8. Photography and Media

By entering our facility, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify staff.

9. Purchases and Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or exchanges may be granted at our discretion for defective merchandise or cancelled programs.

10. Age Requirements

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Youth programs have specific age requirements as listed in program descriptions.

11. Health and Medical Conditions

Participants should consult a physician before beginning any fitness or climbing program. Please inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

12. Facility Closures

We reserve the right to close the facility for maintenance, private events, or emergencies. Closures will be communicated via our website and social media when possible.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of McLennan County of Texas.
