DROP IN

Drop Ins are welcome! You can reserve a single class and see how you like it! Or drop in as much as you would want.

$20 drop in fee or $10 with a climbing membership.

FITNESS ONLY MEMBERSHIP

We have fitness only membership available for those who don't plan to climb. You can still drop in to climb for $10 when you want.

Fitness only membership is $75 monthly (every 4 wees).

FITNESS & CLIMBING

The fintess membership can be a "add on" for the climbing membership. This gives you the most bang for your buck.

$30 per adults fitness add on billed with your climbing membership (every 4 weeks).

Hyrox Classes

Our HYROX class is a high-energy, full-body training session designed around the official HYROX race format. Whether you’re training for your first race or just want to get fitter, faster, and stronger, this class delivers a powerful blend of functional strength, endurance, and conditioning.

Each session combines running intervals with race-standard workout stations, including sled pushes and pulls, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, ski erg, rower, farmers carries, and more. Our coaches guide you through correct form, pacing strategy, and race-day technique—so you build confidence while training smart.
