Pick your date and time

Choose an open two hour slot right on this page. We schedule staffing two weeks out, so book at least two weeks ahead. Need a date inside two weeks? Call (254) 221-6120 or email info@basinclimbing.com and we will see if we can accommodate.

Book with a $200 deposit

The remaining party fee and any additional climber fees are due the day of the party.

Show up and celebrate

We set up tables and chairs, our host runs the climbing, and we clean up afterward. You bring the food, cake, and decor.

How much does a party cost?

$325 for up to 10 climbers. $15 per additional climber up to 20 climbers total. You book with a $200 deposit, and the remaining party fee and any additional climber fees are due the day of the party.

What ages is a party good for?

Parties are built for ages 5 and up. Younger siblings are welcome to climb with a parent.

Who counts toward the 10 climbers?

Anyone who climbs counts toward the 10, kids and adults alike.

Do parents need to sign anything?

Yes. All parents need to sign waivers for their climbers before the party. Signing online ahead of time makes party day smoother.

How far ahead should I book?

At least two weeks, because that is how far out we schedule staffing. Inside two weeks, call the front desk at (254) 221-6120 or email info@basinclimbing.com and we will see if we can accommodate.
